   • 1640, Ben. Johnson, The English Grammar:

     Proper Names, and Pronounes refuse Articles, but for Emphasis sake: as
     The Henry of Henries.
     The only Hee of the Towne.
     Where Hee stands for a 名詞e, and signifies Man.
