Conventionally, glass wool mats have been used as insulation materials, but they are thick at about 50 μm, making them suitable for wall construction, but for roof construction, if they are too thick, they may take a long time for tiles or tin roofs. The shaku tile rod did not fit well and could not be used.

In addition, ceilings are easy to construct when the attic space is large, as in traditional Memoto-style houses, but with the recent trend toward prefabricated roofs, hipped roofs and flat-shaped roofs are becoming more common. With almost no space left in the attic, it was nearly impossible to cover the ceiling with thick glass wool mats. Furthermore, since glass wool mats have continuous gaps between fibers, when moisture enters there, thermal conductivity increases and its insulation properties decrease. The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and will be described in detail below based on Examples.

The heat insulating sheet of the present invention is obtained by putting a small amount of resin bindu in a glass wool mat, compressing it to form a sheet, and then bonding aluminum foil to the surface with an adhesive. A mat with a thickness of about 100 nm is used, and after putting a small amount of resin binder in this mat to prevent the glass wool from hardening, it is compressed to form a compressed glass wool mat layer 1. Both the top and bottom of this compressed glass wool mat layer 1 are Aluminum foils 2, 2 are attached to the surface with an adhesive. As described above, in the present invention, aluminum foil is attached to the surface of the compressed glass wool mat layer that holds the glass wool mat in a compressed state with a resin binder, so that the heat insulation of the glass wool mat, which was originally thick, is improved. By reducing the thickness as is, it can be used not only on walls but also on roofs, and can also be easily applied to every corner of flats with narrow attics and ceilings of buildings with hipped roof structures. Moreover, when the glass wool mat is compressed and the fibers are brought into close contact with each other by the resin binder, the gaps between the fibers change from being partially continuous to being nearly independent. This improves air sealing, improves heat insulation, prevents moisture from entering the compressed glass wool mat layer, prevents the insulation from decreasing over time, and improves the surface of the compressed glass wool mat layer. By covering the aluminum foil, the ingress of moisture can be further suppressed, and the thermal insulation effect can be further enhanced due to the synergistic effect of the heat conduction prevention effect of the compressed glass wool mat layer and the heat radiation of the aluminum foil. There is.
