An embodiment of the exterior structure according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. Figure 1 a, b
1 is a partially cutaway perspective view and a longitudinal cross-sectional view taken at - in FIG. In the figure, 1 is the frame, rim or rafter, 2 is the base board, 3 is the nail, 4 is the waterproof sheet made of one type of asphalt felt, etc., 6 is the exterior material, for example, the roofing material, for example, Fig. 2a It has a cross-sectional shape as shown in ~g, and the outer shape is rectangular,
It also has a tiered roof structure. In addition, the height h is determined by the sheathing insulation boards 8 and 9 as shown in FIGS.
(hereinafter simply referred to as board 8 or board 9) is set to be approximately the same as the height H of protrusions 8a, 8b, and 9a. To explain further, the heat insulating layer 7 is made up of a large number of boards 8, 9 as shown in FIGS. 4a and 4b.
The short side end faces and the long side end faces of the heat insulating layer 7 are brought into contact with each other to form the first stage 7-n 1 , then the second stage 7-n 2 , 7-n 3 , . . . ...7-n o The roof is constructed in a stair-like manner from the bottom (eaves in the figure) to the top (ridge). That is, the first stage 7- of the heat insulating layer 7
n 1 is a board 9 called for convenience in the digit direction as shown in Figure a, so-called 9-n 1 -1 , 9-n 1 -2 , 9-n 1 -
3, 9-n 1 -4, ...... 9-n 1 -n are arranged in series with the end surfaces of the rectangular short sides touching each other, and the protrusion 9a at the upper end is fixed with the nail 3. . Next, the second stage 7-n 2 is called 8-n for convenience as shown in figure b.
n 1 −1,8−n 1 −2,8−n 1 −3,……8−n 1
-n boards 8 are fixed in series. below,
The heat insulating layer 7 is formed by laying the insulation layer 7 in the above order until the third stage, fourth stage, . . . In the thus formed heat insulating layer 7, a gap 10 is formed between the back surface 8b of the boards 8, 9 and the base 5, which improves the waterproof and moisture-proof properties of the boards 8, 9. The difference between the boards 8 and 9 described above is whether there is a protrusion 8a (having a step and reinforcing function) at each end of both long sides, or whether there is a protrusion 8a only at one end of the long side. Moreover, the board 9 is used only in the first stage of the exterior structure. Further, as a specific example of boards 8 and 9, L=200~
3636mm, W=150~600mm, thickness t=10~40mm, H
= 5 to 20 mm, Δt = 9 to 15 mm, and ΔW = 5 to 20 mm. Furthermore, these boards 8 and 9 are made by impregnating and coating approximately 10 to 40% asphalt (weight ratio) to the wood fiberboard in order to effectively exhibit heat insulation, sound absorption, and moisture control properties, and to reduce weight. It is.

Next, construction of an exterior structure, such as a roof, will be explained. Therefore, as shown in Fig. 1a, a base plate 2 and a waterproof sheet 4 are laid in this order on the frame 1 to form a base 5, and a heat insulating layer 7 as shown in Figs. 4a and 4b is formed on top of the base plate 5. . In this case, the nail 3 may be a screw nail or a general nail, but a zinc nail is preferable. Further, the nails 3 are fixed either at the lower end of the board 8, the so-called overlapping part, or at all the upper and lower ends. After that, the exterior material 6 (roofing material) as shown in FIG .
n 1 -2, 9-n 1 -3, ...... Although not shown, 9-n 1
-n, and the first stage exterior part (roof part) 6- n1 is roofed through the locking tool 11, for example, a hanger. That is, the exterior material (roofing material) 6-n 1 -1,6-, which is referred to as the exterior material 6 (roofing material) for convenience.
They are laid and engaged in the order of n 1 -2, 6-n 1 -n. In addition, the exterior part (roof part) of the second stage
6-n 2 refers to the exterior material 6 (roofing material) as described above. 6-n 2 -1, 6-n 2 -2, 6-n 2 -3, ...
...The lower end of 6-n 2 -n (not shown) is connected to the first stage exterior material 6 (roofing material) (6-n 1 -1, 6-n 1 -2,...
... 6-n 1 -n), and the upper end is connected to the board 8-n 1 -1, 8-n 1 - through the locking tool 11.
2, 8-n 1 -3, ...... fixed on 8-n 1 -n. Therefore, in order to cover the entire base with an exterior structure (roof), it is sufficient to repeat the above steps sequentially from the bottom end to the top end.

What has been described above is only one embodiment of the exterior structure according to the present invention, and it is also possible to form the heat insulating layer 7 on the exterior wall in order starting from the base, and then apply the exterior material 6 in a stepped manner. It is something. Furthermore, Fig. 5 a,
As shown in b, a waterproof piece 12 for joint covering is pasted on the protrusion 8a of the board 8, and the board has a structure that is used as shown by the two-dot chain line during use.
As shown by the dashed line in the figure, a heat radiating film 13 with or without holes may be attached to the board to provide a balance between heat insulation and humidity control. Furthermore, as shown in Figure b, a waterproof sheet 14 can be attached to the board to add sound absorbing properties and to strengthen the board. It is also possible to use caulk between the boards.

As described above, according to the exterior structure according to the present invention, it is possible to reliably form a base and a heat insulating layer between the frame and the exterior material, which have heat insulating properties, waterproof properties, and humidity control properties, so that the base due to condensation, etc. and can prevent corrosion of exterior materials. Since the end surfaces of the boards are brought into contact with each other, the asphalt impregnated in the boards is melted by sunlight and adhere to each other to form one waterproof layer without gaps. Since the heat insulating layer is formed in a step-like manner with steps in the thickness of the boards that make up the structure, it functions as a ruler when installing the exterior material, making it easy to install the exterior material. Because the board is waterproof, insulating, and moisture-controlling, the exterior material can be attached directly to the insulation layer without the need for a waterproof sheet. Even when the exterior material reaches high temperatures (80 degrees Celsius) in midsummer, its insulation, waterproofing, and humidity control properties do not deteriorate beyond the softening of the asphalt. A double waterproof structure consisting of a heat insulating layer and a waterproof sheet is formed between the exterior material and the frame, so even in the unlikely event of a water leak, rainwater will not reach the base plate or the frame. Since the exterior material is placed and fixed on the heat insulating layer, it can sufficiently withstand external forces. Since the exterior material is roofed in a stepped manner, a three-dimensional exterior can be formed with high efficiency and without the need for skill. It has the following characteristics.
