Roofing D, such as asphalt felt, is successively laid over it to form a base E, and on top of that, for example,
It had a structure in which roofing materials F as shown in g were successively fixed via hangers G. As a result, roofing D
A wedge-shaped gap H is formed between the roofing material F and the roofing material F, and due to the pressure caused by snow accumulation and work on the roof, this gap H very often causes the roofing material F to deform or the connecting parts to separate. Ta. Moreover, this deformation has the disadvantage of impairing the roof's main function of waterproofing. Further, deformation of the roofing material F causes cracks in the coating film and exposes the surface of the roofing material, resulting in a drawback that the weather resistance and corrosion resistance of the roofing material are significantly reduced. In other words, roofing material F is exposed to severe temperatures ranging from high temperatures (60 to 80 degrees Celsius in midsummer) to -20 degrees Celsius in the bitter cold.
The disadvantage was that even slight damage caused rapid deterioration. In addition, the roofing material F is in contact with both the inside and outside air on the back and the front surface, respectively, and condensation occurs at the points where condensation occurs, resulting in disadvantages such as corrosion of the base material. In addition, it was necessary to install waterproof roofing on top of the roofing board B.

It has a triangular void,
Furthermore, the present invention proposes an exterior structure that is formed in a horizontal roofing shape to prevent corrosion of the base and exterior materials, and also prevents deformation of the exterior materials with the boards, making it easy to construct.

るものである。 An embodiment of the exterior structure according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. That is, FIGS. 3a and 3b are a partially cutaway perspective view and a vertical cross-sectional view showing an example of an exterior structure according to the present invention, for example, a roof. In the figure, 1 is a frame, 2 is a base board, 3 is a nail, 4 is a waterproof heat insulating layer (hereinafter simply referred to as a heat insulating layer), a sheathing insulation board 5 (hereinafter simply referred to as a board), and a synthetic resin foam 6 (hereinafter simply referred to as foam) are laid in series in the horizontal direction, for example , in the direction of the girder . The roof was constructed in the shape of a staircase facing towards the ridge. Furthermore, the overlapping part, especially the upper and lower ends, has a structure in which the lower end of the upper composite board 7 is intersected, and the vertical cross section is triangular between the back of the form 6 (waterproof and heat insulating sheet 8 in the figure) and the base plate 2. Shape void 1
It is fixed with nails 3 so as to form 2.
To explain further, the heat insulating layer 4 has composite plates 7 and 7a as shown in FIGS. 4a and 4b as constituent members, which are successively laminated as shown in FIGS. 5a and 5b. That is, the waterproof insulation part of the first stage of the heat insulating layer 4 is 4-n 1 , the second stage is 4-n 2 , ... the n-th stage is 4
-n o , and the waterproof and heat insulating parts are connected in a stepped manner so that a step h is formed between them, and by mutually interlocking notches 9. Further, each of the waterproof and heat insulating parts is connected in series with the short sides of the composite plates 7, 7a, ie, left and right end surfaces, in contact with each other, for example, numbers 4-n 1 -1, 4-n 1 -2, which are attached to the composite plates 7, 7a for convenience. ,...4-n 1 -n are laid in the direction of the digits. In addition, the composite plates 7 and 7a have a rectangular Kanatsupe structure or a Sanderutsch structure, and the composite plate 7 has a depression 9 with a width △W on one of its long sides, and this is the overlapping area between the upper and lower waterproof insulation parts. It is useful as a guide. To explain further, the board 5 is a soft fiberboard (thickness
Seagin insulation board made by impregnating or coating t1 ) with asphalt at approximately 10 to 40% (weight ratio), or by heating and pressurizing a mixture of asphalt powder and refined fibers. It mainly functions as a heat insulating material, a lightweight reinforcing material, and a humidity control material, and the thickness t1 is approximately 9 to 15 mm, the length L = 1800 mm, and the width W = 900 mm. . Further, the foam 6 is formed on one surface of the board 5 by a molded body or an in-situ foaming method, and has a width △W smaller than the width W of the board 5.
This difference, ΔW, is used as a notch 9 for creating a mutually-determined structure. Specific examples of the foam 6 include polyurethane foam, polyisocyanurate foam, phenol foam, polyethylene foam, polystyrene foam, vinyl chloride foam, etc., and it mainly functions as a cushion material, a heat insulating material, and a waterproof material. In addition, the sheet 8 strengthens the mechanical strength of the composite plates 7 and 7a, and is useful as a heat radiation and humidity control material, such as aluminum foil, kraft paper, asbestos paper, asphalt roofing, synthetic resin sheet, etc. It consists of more than one species. Reference numeral 10 denotes an exterior material having a cross section as shown in FIG. 2 a to g.
For n 1 , the first stage exterior part (roof part) 10-
n 1 , the waterproof insulation part 4-n 2 of the second stage, and the exterior part (roof part) 10-n 2 ,...the waterproof insulation part 4 of the n-th stage
-n o , an exterior part (roof part) 10-n o is laid down, and the top, bottom, left and right ends are engaged with each other to form a roof.

順次くり返し行えばよいものである。 Next, a construction method for the above-mentioned exterior structure, such as a roof, will be explained. Therefore, first, a heat insulating layer 4 is formed on the base plate 2 in the order shown in FIGS. 5a and 5b. Next, the exterior material 10 (roofing material) (so-called first stage exterior part (roof part)) 10-n 1 -1 , 10-n 1 -2, ... 10- has a cross section as shown in FIG. 2e. n 1 −
n) as the first stage waterproof insulation part 4-n 1 -1, 4-n 1
-2,...(not shown) laid on 4-n 1 -n,
It is fixed with a nail 3 via a locking tool 11. In addition, the exterior portion (roof portion) 10-n 2 -1, 10-n 2 -2, . . . 10-n 2 -n (not shown) is the waterproof insulation portion 4 of the second stage.
-n 2 -1, 4-n 2 -2,...4-n 2 -n, and the lower end is engaged with the upper end of the exterior part (roof) 10-n 1 , and the upper end is fixed via the locking tool 11. Therefore, in order to roof a roof, it is sufficient to repeat the steps described above in sequence from the bottom (eaves) to the top (ridge).

A void having a triangular vertical cross section can be formed between the heat insulating layer and the base to promote the humidity control function of the heat insulating layer. Since the heat insulating layer is formed in a step-like manner with steps in the thickness of the boards that make up the structure, it functions as a ruler when installing the exterior material, making it easy to install the exterior material. Since the heat insulating layer has a notch with a reciprocating structure formed at one end edge of the long side of the board, which is a constituent member, it functions as a ruler when installing the board, making it easy to install the board. Since the exterior material is placed and fixed directly on the heat insulating layer, it can sufficiently withstand external forces. Because the foam and sheathing insulation board are integrally formed, the strength and insulation properties of the composite board are greatly strengthened.
Also, when forming the heat insulating layer, cushioning properties are applied to the connecting portion, resulting in a structure with no backlash. When nails are driven into the structure, the foam acts as a packing function, suppressing heat conduction from the nails. It has the following characteristics.
