３　市街化区域内における都市計画施設である幹線街路その他の主要な公共施設で政令で定めるものの用に供する土地が前項の規定により国又は地方公共団体に帰属することとなる場合においては、当該帰属に伴う費用の負担について第三十二条第二項の協議において別段の定めをした場合を除き、従前の所有者（第三十六条第三項の公告の日において当該土地を所有していた者をいう。）は、国又は地方公共団体に対し、政令で定めるところにより、当該土地の取得に要すべき費用の額の全部又は一部を負担すべきことを求めることができる。 - 日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム
