３　国は、製品、容器等が循環資源となった場合におけるその循環的な利用が適正かつ円滑に行われることを促進するため、当該循環資源の処分の技術上の困難性、循環的な利用の可能性等を勘案し、国、地方公共団体、事業者及び国民がそれぞれ適切に役割を分担することが必要であり、かつ、当該製品、容器等に係る設計及び原材料の選択、当該製品、容器等が循環資源となったものの収集等の観点からその事業者の果たすべき役割が循環型社会の形成を推進する上で重要であると認められるものについて、当該製品、容器等の製造、販売等を行う事業者が、当該製品、容器等が循環資源となったものの引取りを行い、若しくは当該引取りに係る循環資源の引渡しを行い、又は当該引取りに係る循環資源について適正に循環的な利用を行うよう、必要な措置を講ずるものとする。 - 日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム
