２　前項の協議を求められた第七十二条の他人は、その協議を求めた特許権者又は専用実施権者に対し、これらの者がその協議により通常実施権又は実用新案権若しくは意匠権についての通常実施権の許諾を受けて実施をしようとする特許発明の範囲内において、通常実施権の許諾について協議を求めることができる。 - 日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム
