登録官は，何らかの行為をするために本法律により定められたか又は規則により定められた期間の延長を正当化することができる状況にあると認めるときは何れの場合でも，本法律に別段の定めがない限り，他の者へ通知した後，かつ，登録官が指示する条件で，延長することができる。 - 特許庁
