本法により確立された権利の侵害が商業規模で，かつ，1.に定める条件の下でなされた場合は，裁判所は，民事訴訟法に定める手続に従って，相手当事者に対し，秘密情報の保護を条件として，銀行，財務又は営業関係の書類を提供するよう命じることができる。 - 特許庁
