（ＣＮＮ） フランス政府はこのほど、性暴力の防止に向けた法案の一環として、性行為への同意能力があるとみなされる年齢の下限を１５歳に設定する方針を示した。 同国の現行法では、１５歳未満の子どもと年長者との間で性行為があった場合、年長者が強要したことが立証された場合のみ罪が成立する。 これに基づいて昨年１１月、１１歳の少女を強姦した罪に問われた３０歳の男性が「束縛や脅し、暴力、不意打ち」の形跡はなかったとして無罪になった。 さらに別の事件でも、１１歳の少女に対する強姦を疑われた２８歳の男に、強姦罪でなく未成年者との性行為だったという判断が下された。 こうした事件を受けて、性的同意年齢の設定を求める声が強まっていた。シアパ男女平等担当副大臣は仏ＡＦＰ通信に、市民や専門家の意見を聞いて１５歳のラインを決めたと話した。 新たな案では、１５歳未満の子どもとの性的な行為は全て罪に問われることになる。今後
